The new development version of Manjaro is now hits version 15.12. I just downloaded the KDE version of Manjaro 15.12, run it from my USB flash disk. Manjaro 15.12 KDE edition comes with the new KDE Plasma 5.5.0 and powered with Linux Kernel 4.3.2.1-Manjaro.
With this new configuration, Manjaro KDE is pretty much lightweight and faster than previous version. KDE Plasma 5.5.0 does a great job on this.
The Desktop
Manjaro 15.12 KDE Desktop has simple looks. The application menu can be accessed from the bottom left button.

Octopi Application Manager
Manjaro KDE uses Octopi to manage your software. You can easily add or remove software from Octopi.

You can access all the settings via System Settings. Its pretty standard of System Settings.
Final Thoughts
For KDE users, this new KDE Plasma 5.5.0 could be a huge leap. All applications, menu, effects are smoother, faster and quicker. I have been tested several distros with KDE Plasma prior to version 5.5.0 and all of them are pretty slow.
