This tutorial will show you how to install Plank on Manjaro. I am using Manjaro 16.08 on this tutorial but should be compatible and applicable for other Manjaro versions. Before we go through, you may want to view a little bit more about Plank.
What is Plank ?
Plank is a simple dock application that contains one or more application shortcuts in a floating mode. Plank is not the only dock application in Linux. Docky is another dock application that has similar features with Plank.
How to install Plank on Manjaro
Since Plank is available on Manjaro Community repository, we can easily install Plank on Manjaro without having to build from the source package. The following command is used to install Plank via Terminal

You will see the following output on the Terminal console:

Alternatively, you can use Add/Remove Software to install Plank. Simply type Plank in the search box and then select Plank from the list to install.
